Colour doesn't matter at all it's their personality that would attract me.

·
Christina C 466456
Chose the chocolate lab as it looks like it has the least fur. Prefer short hair due to maintenance.
·
gary h 382912

Why does ginger look so lovely on animals but not so lovely on humans?
Colour doesn't matter for the animal but the temperament does.

Ouch ! You've just offended the entire ginger population of rewardia 🤣 Mind you I can't stand a ginger cat either Lolol. I have seen some beautiful auburn hair on girls before though.
·
Elizabeth T 396096Liane H
But it is true. Ginger cats are beautiful, red coated dogs and horses are lovely, giraffes are great, foxes are foxy, goldfish are beautiful etc...it is just humans that natural red really isn't a good fit for.🤣

·
Elizabeth T 396096Sandra H 2204 NSW
Bless her. I like red and orange :) I have natural red going through my brown (tesion)
·
Sandra H 2204 NSWElizabeth T 396096
My mother-in-law had auburn hair and on my mother's side her sister had red hair and both her sister's kids were red heads. My mother was blonde with the red haired complexion. She was always grateful that I did not get the problem skin (hair colour not an issue).
·
Elizabeth T 396096Sandra H 2204 NSW
Yes, that is an unfortunate problem for humans (I don't think animals have that problem from being redheads)
·
Sandra H 2204 NSWElizabeth T 396096
lucky for them their hair protects the whole of the body whatever colour they are
·
AUDRASFOREST
All puppies are cute~!! Don't you think ~!!!The question should be: Why are you getting a DOG?
·
Linda J 383315
Certainly wouldn't be choosing a dog by colour, that would only be the pick of the litter
·
Lyn A.

2 points for favourite.
·

5 points for the forum favorite, but my favorite color of any animal is black and white! ;-D
·
Rhonda 1661290
It really would depend on the breed as first priority then colour preference
·
Andrew T 123623
It really depends on if they are short haired or long haired.
·

The one that needs me the most and fits our lifestyle/.household. is the color I get when I adopt.

Golden English Cocker spaniel please, the ones we had, Georgie and Honey, matched the ginger Persian cat. The cat was there first.
