I am allergic to so many foods especially eggs and I can't tell what the others are except for Pancakes but would have to leave out the honey as I am allergic to that too.

  That's unusual having an egg allergy being older ? My son was highly allergic then grew out of it aged 9. The specialist told me at 7 he should be done with it ..but nope! Terrible to have it's in so many items :(
