Just had a package from Amazon that was supposedly delivered but never showed up on our doorstep -- I was watching for it. They showed a picture of a package with only cement surrounding it -- it could have been taken anywhere! Our doorstep however has a big mat that covers the whole step so it was not our porch step. I also requested that it be delivered to our back door but it said it was delivered to our front step or near it.
Amazon was great and reimbursed my account within 2 hrs. of complaining about it.
My question is have you ever had this experience and did it ever show up? |
