| Can you suggest a treatment for | ||

| Late last year I tore 3 tendons in my left shoulder moving 3 meters of garden soil from my front gate to my vegetable garden in the backyard. This causes constant severe pain in my left shoulder and arm which comes and goes.. In January 2022 I had a cortisone injection however this just made the pain worse and more severe which constantly lingers and never goes away and constantly feels like my left shoulder and arm are being crushed. In desperation; a week ago I began a series of "Radial Shock Wave Therapy" treatments on my left shoulder and was told I will need this procedure at least 3 to 5 times and then every 3 months until the condition fixes itself..... On a pain scale of 1 to 10, the amount of pain whilst this treatment is being performed is a 15. I am desperate, can anyone suggest another type of treatment for torn tendons in the shoulder ??? | ||
