ive had certain games that crash consistently and others that don't I just don't play the ones that crash,i thought that maybe to many people were playing it at once but really i have no clue

hi there ive been having issues with the surveys doing that and while trying to atempt to do the surveys there is the quiteannoying oops something went wrong ive lost a lot of points because of theses issues gttttttttttt

Many of the games reload the page to freshen the adverts (it also happens even if using an adblocker), but I don't remember having one crash during that refresh. Mind you, I don't play many of the games, especially not the newer ones with pitiful rewards points. Possibly you are currently hitting an advert that your computer doesn't like, which does occasionally happen with Google and Amazon hosted adverts. Not much you can do about that expect put up with it until that particular advert's rotation period ends and it gets replaced by a more compatible advert. It could be a browser issue. Clearing the cookies and caches might help with that, although you will then have to re-login to all your websites.

I find that the issue happens more when you are using the mobile phone. Much less likely to happen when it’s on the computer. Also, the crash tends to happen when you are far into the game eg getting a really high score.

	Does anybody else have the issue with the page just refreshing/reloading whilst in the middle of a game? Starting to really irritate me! I ve contacted support regarding the issue only to be given a bunch of ridiculous excuses as to why it could be happening. (Poor internet connection, wifi shortage, browser issues, incompatible device etc) I ve missed out on at least 500 points because of this happening so frequently!
