I've just had confirmation that I am pregnant. It's my first time and I am absolutely terrified ??. I havnt told anyone yet except medical related people since I'm pretty early into it. I dont know how far along I am but I have my dating scan on June 13th. Any tips how to survive my first pregnancy ?? frankly I'm finding myself partly in denial and having lots of I can't do this thoughts and cry. It was planned....sort of but now that it's here I just want to go hide somewhere for the next 9 months. |
