O am the last of my family's generation, all the others have Died, today i am alone, and NO I don't feel in the least bit lonely, sorry for myself or have any negative feelings about my life. If things started to fall apart I am not sure who I could turn to BUT I would simply try to sit up straight and address the issuues head on, blame no-one else, not expect The Government or anyone else to step in.

I have various ones for various collapses .. Most things i just do myself as others do. Or shut down . . ln the main event of a complete breakdown I would have to reserve that for immediate family ,the poor devils !

I used to go talk to my sister but since she died, there isn't really anyone that I am close enough to go to. Since she died, it often feels like my world won't survive because even after 8 years, it still feels like I lost her yesterday a lot of the time.

It depends on what has caused my world to fall apart as to who I go to. Most times I can sort it out myself.

My partner, but I usually prefer to calm down on my own first, I talk to him about it when I can manage my emotions.

I agree it would depend on the situation. Sadly, my best friend of over 30 years is up in Heaven now. I am very close to my mom as well. I also agree that it is up to you too.

I prayed for endurance, and then called an elder, who came with a shop vac and an industrial mop. He vacuumed my rugs while I mopped the floors. Thank you, Jehovah! ;-D

I don't have a person for such situations-I work through by myself.

As a Christian, I take my problems to God in prayer. He is here and always available. I don't have a partner. My parents and best friend have died. I wouldn't want to burden my sister with my problems as she has enough on her plate at the moment but we do talk on the phone every day.

My Dad used to be the go-to person for our family, He always seemed to have a practical and good answer for most things, Now I rely on my husband or myself. I find sometimes a good ol' nap will recharge me and things will look more positve.

My world has never fallen apart but I have had challenges. I used to talk to my sister but she passed 5 years ago. Now I talk to myself. I usually knew the answers anyway and just bounced off her for perhaps another idea.
