4pts seems it's something we have to put up with, I do hate the loud/noisy ones and the moving ones

I don't mind the static ads but the flashing, moving, auto play ads drive me crazy.Most times I leave the site and won't return.

Im sick of seeing ads especially plinko ads all ads drive me bonkers

Two adverts I've just seen "better plumper skin 14 days!" and its rival "better plumper skin in 10 days!" Wow..so what happens if I buy this stuff and it doesn't work?....nothing.. it is a stupid slogan and probable lie that the law seems to allow....WHY?...there is a long list of other lies that are called Marketing... an almost endless stream of dross noise bad loud music and lies...like an open sewer...but they create employment and help pay for a lot of things... because they really think they ARE selling you things...it is like a religion....it takes massive belief.....and once a year someone creates a fantastic or really funny ad..but don't hold your breath...they are monkeys... I despise any and all ads. They are intrusive and serve no purpose. We do NOT need ANY advertising AT ALL. It's all part of the programming though to keep people distracted and mindlessly consuming things they do not need.As for online specifically, I see ZERO ads. I use ad blockers, numerous extensions, I have an extension that blocks ads, live chat, comments, etc. on YouTube so I fully customize my experience and have NOT seen an ad, especially on YouTube, for over a decade now. I do not own a cell phone, so anything I do online is done on my desktop computer only, so why not customize it to avoid the plague of ads, many of which are malware, spyware, ransomware, etc. COMING OFF AS harmless "ads".

I never watch tv because of the ads (along with biased news and commentary). I really don't like ads popping up on my mobile. I make a point of blacklisting the products advertised.

I don't mind them because the service providers need to earn an income to give us a free service like these game platforms.

Don’t mind ads while watching free to air TV. Having a mental breather is good and the opportunities to get food and drink plus visit the rest room. What is annoying is paid TV, too many ads for the price when that was the attraction to pay to have no ads.

There are too many of them so I try to fast forward. When we first got cable there were no adds but they now have add breaks. We subscribe to Amazon and they show adds and if we don't want them we have to pay even more. It's all a huge rip-off.

Way too many and they drive me nuts ..especially the flashing repeating ones on here !! If I have to see that woman's upper lip getting dewrinkled with some unique homecare product just once more ????!! They are everywhere and cannot possibly avoid them if you tried !

If they are useful or even funny I don't mind but spare me those who set themselves up to pull we poor peasants out of our onerous lack of knowledge about their prestigious product!

I try and avoid adds when ever I can I look away. or never notice them in the first place. Although surveys are often asking me if I have ever seen a particular add before. How would I know? I still watch them in surveys just for proof that I can say no.

TiVo service is my best friend. I can dodge the repeatedly banal...or back up to focus on what grabs my attention and might be of interest. TiVo turns ForceFeeding to a Buffet experience...

Generally I don’t care much for them BUT. There are a few local ones that do my head in with their irritating repetive jingles!!

all ads are off screen, so I dont see any, have a great IE provider, so downloads are ok. The ADS use up a load of DL megs so be careful.

Some are very funny. Anything that can make me smile or laugh if okay with me. Otherwise, I don't pay much attention. Not at all online, rarely on the radio and sometimes on TV.

Some like Kleva are played non stop one after the other

Some are great. Who can forget “ not happy Jan”. Or not the Dart. The ones that get me going is the repeating several times in one show. Sometimes the ads are better than the show.

I don't mind them and simply delete them if of no interest, or better still, use to me. What Really gets up my nose are the endless Google ads which, unlike all others do not have a skip> button so that we have to waste OUR Precious Time whilst they play out. This is Trump-like Dictatorship and should be banned.

I don't mind a few. It reminds me of my youth listening to the radio or watching T.V. The old ones were funnier and more interesting than these today, and you could run to the washroom or get a snack. What disturbs me the most is that so many today are scams. Facebook and Google do not screen the advertisers properly or at all. I had a credit card scam on this site. I advised support who, in turn, told me to never click on the ads in this website.Also, this website, like many others, requires one to shut off adblockers to access the surveys and games.

Ad-blocker on the computer, record TV shows to fast-forward through the adverts, don't even bother looking at them in the printed newspaper. Adverts this days are useless anyway. They all try to be "clever" and / or "arty", but rarely ever give you any actual information about the product / service.

I ignore them so I don't care as they prop up the Free to Air TV Service and keep Actors employed, so I guess they are a necessary evil that shorten the unemployment queques.

Ignore. The only time that I'm really annoyed with ads is when they pop up right when I'm about to click on something and I end up clicking on the ad instead. This often happens when I use my phone to play games on Rewardia.Edited 07-Apr-25 04:15am
