Should children who commit series crimes that are still young, that were given many several warnings, free from goal, won't obey the law or anyone, should be given adult time for their crimes to finally learn what their doing is so wrong?

Well seeing as they do it for street cred or drugs or are just trying to be cool, isolate them from all that stuff. Put them in a remote area with no social media, no friends, no drugs and give them coordinates to the nearest checkpoint of resources at a reasonable but challenging distance. Rinse and repeat. See how fast they'll grow up. I'm no expert but I feel like because they are children, the more time they spend in prison, the more harder it is to integrate into society later on. Plus they're around other criminals which might perpetuate this. So I think because they are children the situation is a bit more complex.

They need to learn the consequences of their actions. They also need to learn the difference between their rights and their responsibilities.

Sorry, I don't care how old they are, if they've made the conscious decision, time & time again with plenty of warnings, then it's a matter of "if you do the crime, you do the time". If they're old enough to commit Adult Crimes, then they're old enough to do Adult times, in Adult Prisons.

Youths who commit a series of crimes should have the choice to either go to jail or join the military, no more bail.

That part I can agree with, they need to learn that actions have consequences & they can't keep getting away with what they do. There is actually a very good programme in America that I've heard of, where they send serial young offenders to something like a Boot Camp, with Military type discipline, they have a very high success rate of turning young offenders around.

In many cases these children have been born into jhorrific circumstances and are treated badly. They do not know that every action has a consequece and this is what they must learn. So a school for them with life lessons, kindness and education. Life skills too must be learned. The parents are in many cases the criminals thay should go to court and answer seroious questions too.

I'm not sure about girls but many young male offenders seem to benefit from tough boot camps held out in the Australian wilderness so long as it is tough but not brutal. Many of these lads have never had any form of adult supervision showing how it is to be included in general life situations and how to behave in it.

They can only put a few in these programs and I have yet to get the statistics of the success rates of this. All the touchy feely approaches have not worked and in fact acerbated the problem. Kids know they get off on bail time and time again and maybe get community service which they rarely do anyway and they wear it like a badge of honour. How many times do you see them walk from court with smirks on their faces. Kid gloves have got to come off. If there is not enough space in a jail build a new one. It would be cheaper than all the damage they do and thefts they perpetrate and of course the stabbings and murders now which seem to be increasing daily.Depending on the crime jail time has to be a deterrent. Violet crimes - no bail and charged and held till hearing/case is heard. Perhaps if the consequences become more severe and appropriate they might just steer away from the paths they think is so cool.

I believe many offences are a case of the child/ren mimic what they see and/or experience themselves.I believe some tough love, strict educations/learnings may possibly turn some kids around and put them on the right path. Unfortunately i think there are some who will not be able to have their issues corrected.

And it seems they're trying to find ways to not let children out so quickly anymore. But what will happen to all the Neo robots comitting crimes. There will be to many of them nearly. Can it be locked up, or can it just be reprogramed, or will they just have to be destroyed.

SINCE THEIR PARENTS REFUSED TO DO THEIR JOB (MY PERSONAL OBSERVATION HAS BEEN CHILDREN COPY THEIR PARENTS' BEHAVIOR) - RAISE THEIR KIDS TO PLAY BY THE RULES OF SOCIETY!!

Jails aren't big enough for a society like that, nor would it function properly if to many where being arrested. However soon with AI they will need less of us to keep society the way they want it, so a lot more will be in jails soon.
