How do you resolve them? I am generally pretty laid back and let most stuff go, however, my partner is comfortable with uncomfortable conversations, so got up this morning at 2 am to yell at a barking dog.
Do we go over there this afternoon and talk to the neighbors, or just let it go?
I know you can't stop a dog barking if you're not home, but this was 1.30 until he yelled at the dog at 2am. They were home, they must have heard it.
