My husband, myself and 3 children went to Disneyland and had the best time. It was indeed a magic kingdom, so when we were in Hong Kong a couple of years ago, we decided to go and re-live our first visit. When the train pulled into the station people charged like stampeding animals to get a seat and once inside the "kingdom" the pushing and shoving continued. I arrived at one ride just as the barrier came down and despite being the FIRST in the queue I still didn't manage to get a seat. As we walked up and down the roped lines, each time we went around a bend someone would cut inside, so while the line was moving forward we were getting further back. When the queue's got to 2 and a half hours wait, we bought an umbrella and left. We did manage a few rides, but I can only remember one, while I remember every ride we had in Anaheim. For us, it wasn't as good the second time. |
