France currently estimates that it needs at least 125,000 people to work in caf s and restaurants...they can't get staff anywhere (it's the same here)...it is because....the wages are really terrible.....your job security is about the worst of any industry... there is a higher risk of catching Covid...due to working with the public closely......what are the French thinking of doing?..... introducing free training for new employees....and encourage people over the age of 55 to apply for positions......FANTASTIC.....how about just paying the people who are already qualified a decent living wage and show them some respect?....there is something seriously wrong with western society these days....what is wrong with people?...any ideas?... I see the same stuff going on in Australia...
