I get often asked, when I'm in town, if I have spare change. I get asked by beggars. Now, I'm usually one who would spare change if I have it :). Like to do a good deed now and then.
Yet lately I've noticed these beggars smoke cigarettes all the time.....so how is it they can afford cigarettes but don't want to put money towards food etc....
