Content can be really relevant for our decisions, being a more obvious persuasion, such as an ad, or a more implicit one, such as the memes we see on the internet. Memes can make us decide to listen to a song, which we start liking as a joke, but some days later it is already on your playlist. Who did not start listening to Never Gonna Give You Up or Super Idol after the memes? Memes can make anything irrelevant become relevant to people. It has a potential even bigger than ads, being the reason why more enterprises are starting to do ads on social media by using memes to make more people interested. A personal example to me was in 2017, when a Brazilian meme about a kind of chocolate cream with nuts convinced me to purchase this product. So, how has a meme influenced you?
