She had to go to the ER because when side effects first started the doctor was not available and could not be reached

It's only temporary and skin will sag with age regardless of botox injections (unless you weight lift a lot and maintain muscle density) Also I think being able to form genuine expressions is far more attractive because it's more relatable and gives a wholesome feeling. A more holistic approach? Eat vitamin c rich foods, tomato paste for lycopene, natural fats in foods like fish/avocado/olive oil/nuts, good protein like eggs/meat/gelatin, vitamin a/beta carotene foods and reduce sugar and processed foods in general. Wear a daily sunscreen SPF 30 minimum and use a topical retinoid. Practice fasting for short periods to increase glucagon production but make sure to maintain weight and not become deficient (eat more nutritious foods to avoid this), plus don't eat right before bed to avoid free radical damage (finnish eating at least 2 hours before sleeping). Lift weights because the grannies/grandpa's that weight lift always look younger than their skinny fat peers (just google it and you'll see what I mean).

And if you are one of the unlucky ones that are Botox resistance...well lets just say you will be spending $$$ just to get back to where you were before you started using Botox. Embrace your age! I'm 60+ with snow white grey hair and loving it. I think I look better now than that stupid young version of me I use to be running around chasing the latest fashions.
