J'aurais bien aimé ne pas avoir été accidentée à mon travail que j'allais justement avoir mon Tim Hortons à moi vers 2007. J'étais là formatrice du Québec sur les 5 sélectionner à l'époque du Canada en 1999. J'ai été 3iemes au Canada 👍 mais numéro 1 au Québec seulement. Mon père et ma famille m'appalaient " the Queen of Quebec Canada for Tim Hortons❤️". Je m'appalais par le surnom donné par mon père. Mely. J'ai toujours apprécié ce surnom donné pcq ds les années 70 Chantal Paris à sortie une chanson pour sa fille née en 76. Mélanie. Drôle d'administration ma mère aimait bien cette chanteuse donc la moitié de ma génération s'appelle inci donc pour me différencier des autres mon père voulait lui m'appeler Mélyssa mais il a perdu le prénom mais pas le surnom. Il m'appellait toujours Mély. Donc à partir de mon premier jour de maternelle il a averti le prof inci que le directeur de l'école que je me retourne seulement si on m'appelle Mély où mon nom de famille mais c'était mieux Mély pour sa part pcq il m'avait habitué inci à cause de la génération des Mélanie. Il a toujours eu minimum 4 Mélanie avec moi dans la classe toujours jusqu'au secondaire et jamais je me retournais à Mélanie seulement Mély. Merci Dad ❤️ je t'❤️ fort et tu seras jamais dans mon coeur malgré que sa va faire 14 ans que tu nous a quittés pour un monde meilleur. Tu es mon mentor xx mon héros et tu m'as appris que même dans la pire des maladies il faut jamais abandonner pourquoi le seigneur nous a mis au monde. Si on a des obstacles ses qu'on est capable de les affranchis. 🙏tu étais un homme très intelligent même un scientifique/chimique de 98% moyenne générale et tu étais très fière de ta grande fille Mély qui a eu 98.9% pour pas marqué 99% dans le bulletin dans le temps. Bref tu as vue au moins que je suis venue mini-boss d'entreprise Tim Hortons et sa te rendu fière avant que tu partes et en plus je t'ai enfin donner un petit-fils que t'a eu 6ans à connaître et tu en étais fier pcq j'ai tenue ma promesse j'ai donné le nom complet de ton père en anglais vue que mon conjoint de l'époque était irlandais et nous gaspésien/irlandais aussi alors c'était cute et grand-père paternel au ciel 🙏 a surement été très fier de sa petite-fille adorée 🙏❤️ je continue et je te promets de ne jamais abandonner et le transférer de la même façon à mon grand garçon de 20 ans merci seigneur 🙏

I wouldn't have gotten married. I would have had the same children, with the same man, just not gotten that piece of paper we so think that we need.

Yes meet my brother for the first time. I was 20. I didn't even know he existed. I was adopted but in my mind I always felt I had a connection to a .brother. Never asked but it was always in my mind.

Most of all have my children all over again! I've made lots of mistakes and still paying for it with one of them. Regrets are just awful to live with.

Spend more time with my children when they were little. Mums are so different today. I live alongside my grandson and his wife and they have a three year old and a nine month old. They have such wonderful fun with their children I often think that's what I should have done instead of washing nappies and keeping house clean. I was fanatic about those things but then again they have new equipment and throw away nappies and washing machines that goes through a whole cycle of washing without having to do anything. However, I am spending that time with my great grandchildren and really enjoying it.

Travel to third world countries and help the poor

there are so many things I'd have to go over it is not funny. Although to tell the truth I do often wonder what it would have been like if I had have watched Starwars 1 before Starwars 4. (IE starwars 4 was made in 1977, starwars 1 made in 1999).

I would love to see Phantom of the Opera again. I have seen it twice each version was a little different. I just love it, the music is just beautiful.

My bomb of a car was rear ended and the insurance pay out was only $3,000 which in this economy was not very much. I impulsively bought a car of around $23,000 with a car loan with little research which may have been part of a manic episode. I wish I could go back to the experience of my first time being in a serious car accident and seek out more research and buy a cheaper car.

back in 88, I saw Pink Floyd's Momentary Lapse of Reason tour it was at Thebarton Oval, I could relive that concert over and over, there must have been 15 to 20,000 people, Roger Waters had left the band but David Gilmore more than made up for it, I can still close my eyes and put myself there, they played a lot of older tunes and when your in a crowd of 20,000 and they are all singing Wish You Were Here, nothing mattered at all, the world with all its problems had gone away, and apart from holding each of my kids/grandkids it was one of the greatest times of my lifeEdited 21-Mar-25 08:53am

The best day of my experience was 49 years ago when my husband and I got married when we were in the Navy together.

My first airplane ride at 10 years old. It was a reward for passing with Honours that year. Dad took me out to the Mt Hope airport. We took off in a Cessna and flew over our house to wave at my mom in the backyard. I've been hooked on aircraft ever since ... but never was able to afford flight training. Now I volunteer at Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum at that same airport. I work ground crew, restorations, and operate a communications command centre when there is an airshow on site. As a volunteer, I get the chance to fly occasionally and have taken the controls on a number of the warbirds...under strict supervision of the pilot in command of course. Learning to ski in the alpes in germany I had the best intructor and he could not believe I had never skied before and I won the down hill ski at the end of our 2 weeks there it was one of the best things I had ever done and my intructor was over the moon when I won

Probably my very first vanila ice cream, can still remember the thrill and magical taste ... wished it still tasted the same .. there are too many imitations out there at the moment .. am serious thinking of making my own and see it it passes the taste test!

first time when I was 5 I had to take drama classes and being on stage was so awesome I was so nervous made a mistake but keep on going and I passed it

A trip I took with my three friends a year after high school. A week at the beach, nightlife, etc. It was our first time on vacation without our families/parents and first trip on a plane. Great memories,
