Every now and then... it's mentioned on the News...of people scamming innocent people out of their hard-earned savings.
With so many people accessing the internet daily, and phone's being used by everyone, what is really being done to prosecute those guilty of fleecing innocent people out of their money?
You can complain to police but many don't seem to want to know, too hard, too busy, or they don't have enough people to investigate every fraud case they receive.
Should there be an agency set up for this purpose?
Should governments put more funds into fighting cyber crime?
Tougher penalties, as well!
