I came up with a thought.
Why not have a section where people could write a review of various forms of media such as a film, TV show, book, music album or a video (music, short film, a viral video, etc).
For example, people could pick a topic and a title, like a new release movie and write a critical review of it along with a rating out of five stars and if they recommend it or not.
This could come under the FORUMS section or GAME COMMENTS section.
Then everyone who writes a review get a certain amount of points, and, those who read it gets some points
