I think the pros are you not going to waste money on something that other person don't like/need/want, but on the other hand there is not any personal input to it anymore. I know some people from my family would get really mad if I give them gift voucher for Christmas, but some would be really happy about it. Where are you at? Gift voucher yes or no?
