When I was young, kids did as we were told, no questions asked. We were never exposed to the conversations of adults. When visitors came for afternoon tea, us kids were sent outside to play. We never questioned the rules that were set by our parents. Kids nowadays have a lot more to say about how things should be done, both inside and outside the home. Do you think this has gone too far?
