The Australian Capital Territory has announced that petrol cars will not be sold there after 2035. Isn't that a huge overreach? For one thing the price is prohibitive, then what about the infrastructure for charging. I'm not sure, I want an electric car, hybrid perhaps, but fully electric? Along with the power problems we are currently experiencing, will there be enough power for everyone to charge their electric car? While I have my own garage with a power point which would enable me to charge my car, has anyone given any thought to those living in units. Would there be a charging station for each and every car or would there be a dozen of leads going in all directions. I don't think people are putting enough thought into these "green" decisions.
