I couldn t imagine how hard it was when we had our 2nd child. My parents are not in here, and we don t have any family support who could help us to look after our kids while my husband and I are working. We are both working full time. My husband works day time, and I am in a rostered shift. I am so blessed that my Manager is very considerate, and she understands how hard of having young kids. She agreed with the flexible shift I wanted wherein I don t need to send my kids to childcare, so I could work. Childcare here is very expensive. I was able to save money and look after our kids well.
