I was bullets in the workplace as I didn't take my break as them want. The rule is after 2 hours you get your tea break as I didn't want to go before hand. She's telling me off in front of peoples send to the management to put me down. In the booklet nothing said to be in start of 1.30 hour start. I feel if you don't do as they say. One day the business will be kick peoples as not doing as they want. But ok, how many times they gave me later teabreaks in the pass way for them. Forgot my break was ok. But for me 15 years doing the same break wasn't ok.
